S/ice by Nutcracker – the hotly-anticipated expansion to beloved sweet shop – from crispy Roman-style pizza and stuffed focaccia sandwiches to gooey cinnamon buns, chunky cookies, rich cakes, and elegant gâteaux.

This new cafe and bakery began as a small family passion project in their kitchen, and has since grown into “a full-blown dessert haven,” co-founder Engie Mansour said, “thanks to a whole lot of love, late nights, and nut flour.”

And that is their key ingredient—all S/lice desserts are made specifically with nut flours for a sugary crunch. They also import products that give their baked goods an authentic taste, like French butter and Belgian chocolates, and customers can taste the difference
